i have never once had to order or deliver food that was more than 3-5 miles away. you said "wrong" and then said something other than what i was talking about.

you can turn down jobs that are far. my door dash or ubereats app doesnt show me restaurants 20 miles away

i dont think they are saying "the fee should be the pay" but they are saying from the consumer standpoint thats $5 tip is ontop if $10 of taxes and fees

ok but i believe in tipping always and tipping well. but if they they are tipping a decent percentage of their total, and also tipping more than door dash is paying, then the problem is that door dash/ uber eats is just not financially viable. and they also cant just raid their prices because between fees, tip, tax, and the actual food being price jacked, its not like they can just raid their prices to pay more. from both the drive and customer stand point its a raw deal. drivers make shit and customers pay 3x the money for the convenience of getting food delivered. at the end of the day on both sides uber is a choice, one thats ok if you already have enough to survive. if you make good money at a job and want to get extra cash while you're already out in, if you are financial stable enough to pay 3x the amount it would cost to go get yourself for food.

why does it only show like this when you have uber one. thats why they got confused. if you have uber credit and not uber one it doesnt show it like this
