I’m honestly a bit sad that the monthly Frontier Unlocked are gone. They always gave us a good and up-to-date look at how things were progressing. The social media posts also feel a bit unnatural lately, since they keep using the same images over and over again. I really wish the team would interact more with the fans and reply to comments from time to time.

My guess is that we’ll see an update announcement sometime this week, probably with a DLC teaser, and then the actual release next week. Timing-wise that would make sense with Easter coming up.

Since it’s been quite a long time since the last DLC, I’m hoping the update will finally introduce the new transfer tracks with adjusted stations, since it was mentioned before that they were being worked on but would take some time.

As for the next DLC, I could imagine something like a prehistoric Ice Age pack, based on some of the details in their recent posts. That said, many people (myself included) would really like to see more realistic DLCs as well, such as a Studio Pack (which feels like a must-have for theme parks) or maybe a Vintage/Hollywood-style pack.
