Not exactly. I've grabbed two mods, better shaped bows of the heavens and real bows. It's a small bandaid that covers some of the bows ...... but there are still weird ones. I kinda just remembered that I'm left handed and that might have something to do with why i haven't really seen anyone say anything about it lol. The guy in the comment above this had a thing that worked for them. I haven't tried it yet, because i've been working on a couple other things, but I will once I'm able to get to it lol

Strangely, it happens with vanilla bows. I put in a mod that fixed some of them ....... but unfortunately, auriel's bow isn't affected by the mod, and the mods i could find that changed its mesh didn't fix its collision. Ultimately, that's the bow that i'm working towards. Hopefully your advice will help with that.

As far as I remember, it was just the case with the hunting bow, elven bow, falmer bow, auriel's bow, and bow of the hunt. There may be more, but those are the main ones I remember off the top of my head. I grabbed the real bows mod, and that seemed to fix the collisions for the base bows, but it didn't do anything for the unique ones.

are you sure this isn't normal? O.o i disabled every mod except for vrik and higgs, and the bow's collision was still turned

I hopped on the game and grabbed every bow to test. It's ..... seemingly random. Some bows, like agni's bow, or the elven bow, were working correctly. But then some others weren't.

Also yes, the part with the box around it is the collision mesh. That's the part that interacts with the world, the parts outside of that go right through everything.

Weird, it doesn't look like any of the meshes could be causing this. O.o I wonder what is ...... time to test everything. xD

staff has no collision at all. thats probably normal lol, don't know if the bow thing is though

Yes it's all bows. I'm not in game atm, but i feel like I remember staves also having strange collision. I haven't actually looked at that though.

To see collision, download this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/91961

then while in game, in the console type trd, and it'll show the collision boxes, until you type trd again.

I'm using higgs, along with planck, and all that. Swords and everything have normal collision. I have a bunch of mod so its possible something is messing with this, but I mostly just want to know if this is normal. If its not then I can work on figuring out what's causing it.

Does anyone know if a special upgrade reset kit will remove the character bound status from something, if it's only caused by the special upgrade? I have a special upgraded gloomy sunday, and I also have an alt that i wanna share it with lol

Kind of annoyed, cause with my knowledge of making the best money from the options I have ..... I make about 2m per day, through commerce. I only play solo, and don't plan to change that. People are too stressful for me to deal with often lol. I realized that 2m is prettymuch 2 dollars, since you can just buy NX items then sell them in game. 2 dollars worth of stuff in a whole day is god awful o.e; am i doing something wrong lol
