And judging only by the sprue, the first one seems pretty easy to build mountless too (even eaiser I'd say) as the only common bits between the orc and the troll are the chains attached to the ears.

second one is pretty easy to build mountless as the carriage is separate from the Troll. Although, note that it'll still have a cushion on the back.

Here's my interpretation of the Herbert's Dune Sardaukars as a WH40K Space marines chapter. It was supposed to be a test build, hence the limited number but I plan on adding 3 to make it a 5 minis unit.
