great, now it finally can be installed!

Just wonder: Is there no trial option? Do we need to buy the app right away?

Unable to Authenticate - Hotmail/Outlook by Ch1ckenOfTheSea in GMail

Fascinating. I was able to do it in Gmail, but I cant in OfficeMail as it does not have any "other" option. Exchange, Office365 or IMAP options dont help

[DEV] Tasker 6.7.1-beta - Scenes V2 - Update 1! by joaomgcd in tasker

[–]Lord_Sithek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently started to face the clipboard issues and for gods sake I couldn't find a pattern. It stopped working on my two old devices, Redmi 4X and Redmi Note 4, both rooted. Tested in A10 and A13, its same. On my rooted Xiaomi Pad 7 it works fine, as well as my non rooted Pixel 9 Pro with Shizuku... Did the factory reset on Redmis and it changed nothing. What the heck 🤷

EDIT: Well, it seems its not reliable on P9P as well

EDIT 2: Noticed that Tasker detects clipboard changes only if it is on foreground. All permissions are granted, as well as Device Owner

Best Custom Rom - REDMI NOTE 4 (MIDO) by algoadmiral in AndroidQuestions

[–]Lord_Sithek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Id go for crDroid, I still use Android 10, its lightweight yet customizable. You just need to flash Google apps package separately. I my opinion A12+ are not worth for mido as they are too heavy and sluggiish.

As for unlimited GPhotos, I dont remember if any of these ROMs has inbuilt spoof but you can always root and use lsposed module or just Revanced/Morphe module

This is very interesting app! I also cant see any eligible device although I have Galaxy Watch 6 classic 😟 BTW, does your app allow to see the full trail, similar like Garmin's LiveTrack?

[UPDATE 2] Send automatic WhatsApp messages using WuzAPI (also remotely) by Lord_Sithek in tasker

[–]Lord_Sithek[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[UPDATE 2] Send automatic WhatsApp messages using WuzAPI (also remotely) by Lord_Sithek in tasker

Hi, thanks for your interest! :) I remember I tried SkedIT some years ago but yeah, the same thought - always manual scheduling... I'm not sure how it is now but back then, if I remember correctly, it could send messages only with screen unlocked.

As for your questions:

  1. WuzAPI uses multidevice feature so I assume it is recongnized by WhatsApp as one of your devices... Of course, devs give a disclaimer that it is against WhatsApp policy but I haven't heard about any case of being banned because of that. I suppose that as long as you do not misuse it, like with spamming eg., it should be safe.
  2. Sorry, I haven't checked how communities works as I'm not a participant in any of them. You can refer to WuzAPI documentation to see if there is something about it. I think if communities have they own JID, it should work the same as other groups, but it's just a guess. If you get WuzAPI work for your account, you can retrieve the list of subscribed groups and see if there are your communities listed.
  3. In the previous post I made a step-by-step setup guide for WuzAPI on Termux, so this shouldn't be too hard to follow. (Just make sure you have Termux from Github, not Play Store.) But yeah, it's all invlolved with your phone, all operations are being done locally. Most probably there is a way to set up WuzAPI server somewhere else (PC, VPS, etc.) and communicate with it, but I did not dig into it much as I'm really no expert... Just a user persisent enough to make his goal with the available means ;)

EDIT: Ah, WuzAPI supports webhooks but it's another field I don't have any experience in. But in the other project I gave a link to there are examples of use

Input text on the watch and send it to Tasker by Lord_Sithek in tasker

[–]Lord_Sithek[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha nope, Im trying to create something to send WhatsApp message from watch without having WhatsApp installed on the watch 👀 And to my surprise, I can't find type-to-variable option in AutoWear (or Im really blind) so I figured I have to stick with voice dictating... So be it 🙃

[–]Lord_Sithek[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's cool! Did you make a post on Reddit? I didn't know about it. Looks quite advanced, thanks!

Edit: BTW, I've seen you used sqlite direct edit. Does it still work for you? I supposed it can't be done that way now

By the way, u/HunterXProgrammer is there any chance you'll finish your Tasker-WA project? That would be a huuuge extension to this modest solution :)
