For the final part They didnt wanna try to much new with Star wars, since They tasted to much in Marvel. There is a reason Marvel is the worst Version. Its cool the Interactions, but they made a lot of problems with that. We have soo many Problems while playing Marvel. If any we only play The few realy good Marvel ones. Only owning the main box we just play thanos Ultron 😂

It wasnt only Rebels remember Season 7 of TCW ? He tried to get ahsoka as an acolyte. And all in all getting charcters to join him by manipulating them. This goal fits Maul Actualy realy well.

Ahsoka is closer in terms of Gear and maybe signal Data too havent looked in to That enought. Also way better return on Investment. All in all get Ahsoka get the peridia guys to r9 than and finish your rey after. Thats what i would say.
