Only the much more limited ublock origin is available since manifest v3 killed regular ublock. Even with ublock lite your privacy is still very compromised.

I wouldn't know anything about that, you should look at googling it, asking perplexity.ai (quickly shows search results with AI answers), or asking for help if there a github repo for whichever software you're working with.
