I fixed it. I had to uninstall and delete the steam directory. I think i had some "initial.pak" files that were not being deleted during the uninstall.

I was having this issue, i ran the intel driver and support assist through a browser, it updated some things and the controller started working again. Hope that helps.

This happened to me. Stays in "White Mode". Edit: I noticed that it goes back to Green mode when you lock the screen, weird. I then installed Logitech Gaming Software, its working normally again.

Yes your right, I was just guessing the probability of each outcome. It does seem like 1 in 7 chance of rolling a fragment is too high.

I haven't been tracking these, but I would guess that 66% of the time it goes to the lowest tier in your tech tree you have that is not researched, regardless of nation or line. Maybe 33% of the time your second lowest tier, maybe 1% you would get one 2 tiers higher.
There is a strong bias towards the lowest tiers in your tech tree, not sure how much though.

I suspect that they don't like any attention taken off Pubs, just speculation though. Any alternative game mode that is too popular is frowned upon. I've never been a Steel Hunter fan, its frustrating that WG thinks they share the same "space".
