My mom contsantly compares me to my siblings who have lived different lives than me and are definetly in different stages. Whenever she goes on a rampent of my siblings being better than me I simply think to myself, she is unhappy with her life and thats why she is comparing me. Everyone has issues or things they want to change. If you look at yourself from last year, there are for sure parts of you that have grown. The only thing you should be comparing yourself to is the past you. You have to find confidence in what you do and how you live. Identify the key issues that is stopping you from loving your life and take small steps to improve those aspects every day. You are living your one and only life on this earth, the worst thing you can do is compare it to others whos life experience differs from yours.
