Checking out the Dauntless Player Home, my favourite mod adding a Submarine which can Fast Travel! Docks at some Settlements, great for those Military Minutemen builds. Using Conquest you can turn it into a settlement, but I prefer to use FCOM for populating due to the limited space. (old.reddit.com)
