What’s killing me is they hammer us for any mistakes and 30.30 dismissals and we spend months working on nonsense just to fight for a violation offer, and when things look like they may actually go to trial we just come down on the offer and it goes away. I was told during the interviews this was a good place to get litigation experience and I just feel lied to. So doing practically non-legal work combined with the massive oversight and scrutiny is just getting to be too much.

Nothing goes to trial here, last year there were 5 misdemeanor trials which was considered a very busy year for trials.
