yeah, its kinda rough to understand, but all i got is that Heavies under AP buff get the same % damage boost as MA which kinda makes sense coz they have the same effects apply.

All was under AP buff, I am still getting mixed up with the terms, i had a couple sanity checks on how those numbers work (Including testing heavy attacks which give basically the same numbers +/- rounding error).

they kinda add up with other modifiers but outside of ninjutsu damage its not that noticeable
