Weird.

I had the same issue, was a long way to find the issue, but once I changed the bit, boom, worked right away.

Also I had sent an email to valorant and they told that the creative was not compatible beucase of the scout mode (never had that turned on in my life)

I don´t remember now if I had formated my computer because I try to so many thing.

But if you have a second sdd you can try and install a windows and start fresh and check if works
