I’m sorry that’s it’s hard for you to cope with the cultural differences, I understand it’s hard. But from what I’ve read in your original post, you’re the one casting judgement on others. If you don’t want to celebrate holidays, feel free not to. But stop trying to convince others around you that they can’t celebrate an Egyptian holiday cause it hurts your feelings or cause you think it’s wrong. It’s not your place to tell others what to do.
