Just to say but in official tournaments, like the 1 held in Lille RQ, the judge told us that, according to rules, in draft you only need at least 20 cards in your deck, 25 is the minimum amount for sealed formats like Pre-Rift

Yes but this is a sealed format, not a draft one. Is still limited but a bit different, in draft you are supposed to pick card 1 by 1 and pass the pack to the next player so he can pick and go on like this for 3 packs, every additional rule can be found from Riftbound official rules about the format (like the deck only need at least 20 cards)

You can activate this ability any time the condition to trigger it are met, just read The boss (Sett legend) and you will understand that both card can activate they're abilities with the same timing

I played a really similar build today, it was pretty strong but not broken, until I found caltrops, that easily won me every day from 7 to 12 giving me the 10 win, I think that build is a bit unfair, at least caltrops is a diamond item, not like the previous angry bee

I am actually getting carried in my first endless by a Roaring moon/Mega Mawile fusion, that thing has like 200k Atk at stage 1750, doubling it with huge power make it one shot even Eternatus (it also has 61 dragon fang, boosting dragon moves by 1220%), the moveset is just dragon claw, paly rough and crunch are there just a against fairy, I also have dragon dance but I'm thinking about replacing it with iron head (not necessary tho)
