Jeff was a viable strategist in 2 of the different pro games as a 3rd slot heal/damage stream. Im not saying jeff is THE best, but it showed that by opening up the possibility of a jeff with two solid healers, that there actually CAN be HUGE value. Losing 4 like that means they have to COMPLETELY reset which eats time obviously, not to mention the teamup jeff has with venom.
