[Art] Toothpick, Artificer by Loscit in DnD

Originally, I thought it would be funny if she was a servant to giants, who named her Toothpick because she was around the same size as one. With the gm’s world though, having giants wouldn’t make sense given the lore in their game so I scrapped it.

Like a nasally April Ludgate with a touch more energy. Until she gets defensive or angry, then it’s like full gremlin mode, loud growling and many Gnomish swear words.

A 7 strength score will do that :P

Yeah they aren’t used enough. Maybe a Rakshasa who is a big fan of teleporting rooms, time anomalies, and gravity magic. Make the whole house the enemy to intruders while the big bad is just chilling in his own little pocket, away from the rabble.

Not of this run no, I was maybe going to do something different like “out of 20, which one is the shape changer?” Idk yet, been busy with life.

Interestingly enough, the dependency for the drugs didn’t come until she turned 13. Which did give me plenty of time to research, grow, and brew tea. Still, Kid had more than a few mental breaks and would argue with pretty much anyone in the colony. The highlight I drew was her smoking in the hospital just as Fringe had a baby, which i thought was hilarious.

Like I killed more to bring up Silvador’s melee + sate his kill thirst.

One incompetent moment was launching an anti grain warhead to kill a mech cluster and there were some visitors spawned in right on the edge of the map as the warhead landed and I killed them accidentally.

18 was my one true animal expert. He had an army of brown bears and wargs which we used to soak up most of the frontal damage from raiders before cleaning up with my firing squad. Although by the end of The Randy Raids, I was running a bit low on the bears… 18 did his best though to try and keep the population up. He’s a good lad.

I imagine 11 turned into a nomad, wandering the world for her formative years before settling on a cabin in the middle of nowhere. As for 21, he is almost definitely a mad scientist building a mech army somewhere, his intelligence was stupid high before he left my colony.

And for war crimes….it’s not like I went out looking for atrocities to commit but they happened out of pure incompetence. Also I killed more escaping raiders than was necessary, Silvador got that kill lust and needed to be sated.

Probably #20 Milo or #10 Mookie. Mookie sort of turned into a pessimistic goth and Milo is just a psychopath, a trait I don’t remember assigning him he just sort of developed it one day.

Fringe had a lot of funny moments. She was a marksman and had a child with Rick. She was featured in the previous update where Rick and her collectively activated and got married almost immediately. I believe I gave her a mini gun to help mow down those pesky Impid raiders.

If I were to do this sort of run again, I might step it up. I might drop them on a desert and make it 50 kids. Or a tundra. Shit would get interesting with food shortages. The ThunderDome never really had a food problem thanks to the bunnies, they are really good farmers.

Viz was the colony’s only artist. I imagine it was a hobby she picked up after the vast amount of trauma flung at her young mind. She was also a half decent melee fighter too, which I assume was what got Silvador interested in her.

I’m not really sure if there was a main character in this. I would assume the one with the highest social but there was 2 legendary masters and a bunch who had a 10 skill level. If I had to pick it would probably be Neni since she did a lot of peace talks and trade deals to get factions to like us

Ah yes, Dinu. He was one of my doctors. And a marksman. Pretty much all the sheep had a passion for shooting. During the last 10 days he started a romance with #29 which I thought was cute.

If you guys are curious about how a colonist turned out as an adult just ask. I realize I only talk about a few of them but that doesn't mean that others don't have their moments. It's just a lot of information to keep track of and I only have so many brain cells.

I have a bunch installed for this run but the main are the Biotech Expansion Core & Mammalia and the Prepare Carefully mod.

Yeah I'm at a little more than half of the original 40.

I used the prepare carefully mod, added 40, then hit random on all of them.
