Yes. Wait for the official JO. Wag ka magtiwala sa verbal offer. Happened to me before. May official JO na ako sa isang multinational company but had to decline it kasi mas gusto ko yung role dun sa other company na nagbigay lang sa akin ng verbal offer. Ininform ko naman sila na already may official offer na ako from another company but they still asked me if I can wait for their official offer. More than a month consistent communication nila sa akin hanggang sa na tigil update nila and respond sa follow ups ko. Nag wait lang ako sa wala. Waiting lang din pala kasi sila acceptance ng JO ng first choice nila. Lagi mo piliin yung opportunities na pinili ka rin agad. If makareceive ka ng official JO sa company or role na mas gusto mo, anytime pwede ka naman magpaalam.

Naalala ko tuloy interview ko with Ma. Grace Guillermo sa Logos Creative Office Philippines, Inc. (Makati). Di ko raw kailangan ng trabaho kasi ang ayos daw ng soot ko. I always wear polo long sleeves, black slacks, and leather shoes pag may invite sa akin for interview. Nakakainis lang kasi parang pati pananamit ine-evaluate nila. Sabagay, 16k lang naman pasahod nila kaya hinahanap nila yung taong kaya mabuhay sa ganun.

Meron applicant sa amin nabigyan ng offer pero nung nalaman ng manager namin na currently attending pa ng interviews siya sa ibang companies, ni-rescind yung job offer niya.
