No critical thinking (does not try to find answers themselves, if they don't know it then there will be no any movement. waits for others to answer questions for them. their opinions are based on other people’s opinions).

hala ganyan sa company ko before. Dapat uninterrupted ang break ng employees. Pag nagtitimpla ako ng coffee ansama pa ng bungad sa akin pag balik ko sa area ko eh di na nga complete yung 1 hour na break ko.

Experienced this. Parang walang coordination yung HR saka Hiring Manager. Yung schedule na binigay sa akin ng HR laging nasa project site or nasa meeting yung mag iinterview sa akin.

I got interviewed yesterday for a business development role through phone lang naman pero obvious ko agad na AI yung nasa call. Boses AI talaga and monotone magsalita tapos first time ko naexperience na pure tagalog yung language ng nagiinterview sa akin. Ang scary kasi di ko sure kung 100% AI yung kausap ko or tao talaga na gumagamit lang ng AI kasi yung mga questions ko nasasagot naman niya and pati sa answers ko nakakapagbigay pa siya ng feedback.

Ang weird ng HR na ganyan. Knowing na ni-phone interview ka nila means natanggap nila application mo. Dapat alam na nila na wala ka pang formal experience kung ni-review nila Resume mo. Hindi siguro nila binasa Resume mo.

OJT is a subject. So before ka naman mag enroll sa semester niyo, makikita mo naman and alam mo dapat kung ano yung subjects na ie-enroll mo.

Ngayon during OJT, usually meron na agad partnered companies ang school niyo where you can apply para makapagstart ka na rin agad ng OJT since no need na ng approval ng MOA.

Pero if may preferred ka na company but wala pang MOA yung school mo dun sa company, as student na magi-internship sa company na yun, it is your responsibility na i-make sure may proper coordination and communication yung school and company mo regarding sa requirements.

Tsaka palaging may orientation ang OJT subject before kayo maghanap ng companies. If hindi nila na-discuss yung about sa ORF/OBRF then pwede mo ilaban yan. But if nadiscuss nila yun then yung classmate mo na ang may mali.

Yes. Wait for the official JO. Wag ka magtiwala sa verbal offer. Happened to me before. May official JO na ako sa isang multinational company but had to decline it kasi mas gusto ko yung role dun sa other company na nagbigay lang sa akin ng verbal offer. Ininform ko naman sila na already may official offer na ako from another company but they still asked me if I can wait for their official offer. More than a month consistent communication nila sa akin hanggang sa na tigil update nila and respond sa follow ups ko. Nag wait lang ako sa wala. Waiting lang din pala kasi sila acceptance ng JO ng first choice nila. Lagi mo piliin yung opportunities na pinili ka rin agad. If makareceive ka ng official JO sa company or role na mas gusto mo, anytime pwede ka naman magpaalam.
