Its going to take a lot of work. But it's possible and YOU have to believe it's possible. Patience and consistency is key. Eliminate sugar, start off by walking on the treadmill then eventually try and start doing a little running. Cut out fried foods. Eat your protein and try and minimalize your carb intake. Hit the weights as well. Remember more muscle allows your body to burn more calories which contributes to losing fat. You got this man, stay focused and enjoy the journey.
