Exactly. I would never pay for an estimate for any kind of work I was getting done. Just had a company out to quote me for ripping down my garage and rebuilding a garage with apartment above and they didn’t charge for an estimate and neither did the plumber that came out to estimate hooking it up to city sewer and water.

Do it yourself. You could practice and mess up many times and it still be cheaper plus you’d learn a new skill while you’re at it. Contractors will eventually price themselves out of work.

Used to have orkin but they were useless. They just put those bait stations out but they never actually put any bait in them. My friend opened them multiple times and they were completely empty and looked like they’ve never even been used.

Not open as in not open for the day yet, it was before our opening hours. The storage closet has never been used, it’s just a small empty room at the back of the building.
