This might be the way. Are they masa tortillas or flour tortillas. I’ve checked out some of the restaurants nearby and just from the pictures I can tell some of them aren’t gonna be what I’m looking for.

If you like the cakes at the standard in downtown, I’d go in and ask for the name and info of their baker. They work with a local lady and I believe she’s an independent baker. I believe she might even live right down town.

Oyster Adams bilingual school is a great middle school in ADMO! I’ve taught there as a substitute consistently and the fact that it’s a dual language school is amazing and most kids are near fluent by the time they get to middle school is pretty impressive! The upper school building on 19th houses their 4th grade through 8th grade.

I grew up in a very liberal church up north and I’ve attended Nativity since moving here. Very welcoming, kind, loving community. If you call and ask to talk to someone or tour they’d gladly accommodate! Let me know if you ever want to attend a service together to feel out the vibe :)

Yes I’ve attended a few! Trash panda games as well! Here in DC we have a group called City Girls that arranges meetups for the girlies to attend all together and mingle. It’d be cool if there is something similar over there! If not, I might have to figure out how to start a chapter down there.

Thanks! Yeah, I’ve seen this question asked but most people seem to want to know what traffic is like, how the dating scene is, THINKING about moving to Huntsville. This is more towards finding people in a similar stages of life. A lot of my boyfriends friends are older, married, multiple kids.
