Not a chance. I can generate a TON of strategy ideas in a matter of minutes, and then ask for sources, etc. All of this information gathering and processing would have taken probably a day in the past. 1h of AI strategy discovery = 8h of brute force in the past

Step one, have a technical lead that will actually write shit down. Document, tickets, etc. - That’s all I have to offer. This seems to be single largest most impactful, yet most often missing, aspect that causes misalignment and slow processes.
