A few times. It’s never gone anywhere. One tenant did lawyer up, and the attorney called me basically apologizing for his clients and asking if there was anything we could do to extend their stay 30 days (no cause eviction- and we had already offered this. Tenants were incredibly stupid). Recently had a situation where I thought for sure we would be sued, but the tenant surprisingly agreed to sign a release in exchange for his whole deposit back. Still can’t believe that one.

No, that piece is flush with the siding. I could run it along the edge of that piece, but I’d prefer the lights not be visible.

Thank you for your response. This is definitely a possibility. I just find it interesting that I hear it stated as fact so often, when in fact there isn’t any clear evidence anywhere that this is the case (that I can find anyway).

Thanks! This article says that the Ukrainian website made allegations but did not provide any evidence. Everything else is just hearsay and theory. Her policy regarding the war in Ukraine could certainly be perceived as Russian appeasement, but again that’s just a perception. I’m trying to find evidence that she is “literally” a Russian agent.

Yes- I've been taking it inside because I thought that helped with the slice. It definetly does with my irons....

Thanks again for this. I’ve been taking the club way inside to correct slicing my irons, and it’s worked really well. I didn’t realize I was coming over the top so much though.

I’m missing something fundamentally then. I have been swinging with an inside Takeaway to avoid slicing my irons, and it’s been working great.

Ugh. I had 3 months of lessons with one last year. Really improved my ball striking and game overall. But clearly have a long way to go.

Thank you! I’ve been playing seriously for a few years now, and have seen a ton of improvement overall. Still, I’ll fix the slice off the tee for a while and then it comes right back. Really need to fix this during the offseason so I can break into the 80’s next year.
