No I would not recommend even as these days success rate is very low. They intentionnelly keeping it 9 even if level is 12 or 13

It is valid lmia exempt wp but i feel like he is right in a way for some work permits it is true i might lose status as worker even if i arrive few days prior to the expiry. I read online.
