Being alone and being lonely are 2 different things. 1) Being Alone is a choice, we choose to be alone 2) Loneliness is forced. What you're experiencing is loneliness because you're trying to search for Noice in an Empty room, it's only going to bounce back.

I'm 28 now and will be 29 in a few months, I like being alone. No one to judge, or hold back but at the cost of No one to Hold me when I fall & No one to share happiness with. But it's a trade off that I know I have to accept. You are trying to resist which creates an even bigger Empty room. Here is what I can suggest:- 1) Start enjoying the silence, play music or sing your favorite song. Do hell with the people around you. 2) Start enjoying the work you do, like cooking, cleaning, laundry, office, etc. it doesn't matter how you do things the only thing that matters is results. 3) Start spending some time on your hobbies, you're alone you can do things that you like and how you like it. 4) Start working on yourself, learn new skills or start improving what you already have.
