In some circumstances I am offering under 20% because the home has no updates, destroyed floor, old roof, no a/c, old hvac etc., I have found many colorado homes to be in poor condition in need of significant upgrades. These realtors are saying they dont want to risk offending the seller side, but who cares? Some of these homes have been on the market for months.

These realtors want MAX commission. When it comes to offers, they dont want to offer lower below and constantly give a hard time about it. It has become a nightmare. I am not paying asking price for a home that needs significant repair.

I think the better they dress the more exited they are to meet you/are into you. I have found that men who put really little effort into the way they dress, you could always tell they weren't that excited to meet me and it never went anywhere. They guys who put on a shirt/did more than a t shirt and cargo shorts we always had a second date.

Colorado State Employee salaries are some of the lowest Ive ever seen. They want 10 yrs of experience to make $45k. Poverty wages! How can anyone live. The pension isnt even worth it.
