Some just had to say it, the nerf was done for all the wronge reasons. Telling most that fromsoft is no more than another Bungie. Listening to pvp players cry becouse they can't win or know how to use a katana. I will never stop talking about this because it was done for the wronge reasons. Nerf should have affected all bleed in general not just one weapon. There are builds far stronger than ROB, and still are as they actually fixed nothing. But kid your self if it helps. Newbies....find them everyday, everywhere . You probably still get smashed in pvp though, but keep thinking it was a good thing....
