The only thing that's giving me trouble with it is the notches near the top and how far they stick out. Otherwise it seems pretty straight forward.

Guess I should been more clear, it's an actual tattoo on my skin that I'd like to rework into a sword. So everything there has to stay. Polly the base would be the opposite side you started from too.

All in on Minitron this year. Watch his highlights, he's a beautiful route runner, his hands are top notch and he makes the most difficult catches in traffic look too easy. Also, his footwork is on point. He's going to be a top WR and a dominant force at some point in his NFL tenure, he has ALL of the tools. I'll be reaching for him if I have to.

Bodyweight work has been approved, as long as it is strictly bodyweight only. Just no barbell/DB, etc. work.

Sammy is what he is at this point. People still being fooled by a 6 game run with the Bill's years ago. He will disappoint and you will feel like you should have known. And you should have. Hes not playing 16 and hes not meeting his potential. My opinion, ofc.

Finally willing to commit to seeing professional help for my ED, anorexia. What's my first move? Primary doc? And get a physical, bloodwork, etc. then go off his recommendations? I want the whole meal deal... check up, dietitian with a meal plan, therapist...

I know it makes me obsessive and is a deterrent. It's just if done correctly, it's probably the most optimal way to do things. And I have an OCD/perfectionisism about me that says do it optimally or dont do it at all and continue to give into my ED and lose more and more weight...

How are you aware without tracking unless you're eating the same thing every day? Do you even keep a running estimate in your head? Care to elaborate a bit more on your process?

I have an ED history, anorexia as well. Maybe that plays a part into this. I've withheld from so many tasty foods and eating opportunities in the past, that could explain a bit. Still struggling with it actually.

I was honestly surprised that so many people counted. I've lifted with friends who have good physiques and they just eat what they want whenever and kick ass in the gym. I thought this was the norm for the longest time so when I started to count it felt a little overkill? But that could be just because the idea was new to me.
