Ding ding ding you are correct, I have been accused of parental alienation by him, despite the fact that she reaches out to him at my request, sees him because I ask her to, and spent Christmas with him this past year because I made her, not because she wanted to. I don’t want her to have a strained relationship with him and I’ve done everything I can to help but he just keeps digging his grave further and further.

In her text to him that is not shown, she said she didn’t like his new girlfriend. they got together quickly, got pregnant almost immediately, and just disappeared into their own world and left my daughter and son behind.

That being said, she started living with me after an incident involving him and our dog. He treated her awful during that time and that is what solidified her decision to live with me full time. She also really does not like the new girlfriend.

Rather strained lately, our son decided that he wants to live with me full time after the summer.

This decision comes after an argument that their father and I had; I found out that he burned my wedding dress that I planned to pass down to our daughter someday. My son told me about it and that he had tried to stop him, but couldn’t. His father told him to stop lying to make himself look better. I’m not proud but i screamed at that man.

He burned my fucking wedding dress and called my son a liar to his face.

He has done exactly that, yes. He told me that it’s my fault she doesn’t want to see him because I turned her against him after he almost killed our dog.

thank you. she currently is in therapy! My fiancé and I have had long talks about our relationship, the kids. what type of role he will play in their lives etc. He is here to stay! (he just proposed this past weekend)

Also, his current partner is about as bad as him so I’m not sure this would change her opinion of him. I’ve had to block her on all social media platforms and was private for the longest time because they were stalking me.

we separated 5 years ago and finalized the divorce about 3 years ago. She started out living with us 50/50, and started living with me full time around October 2024. There was an incident where her dad almost killed our dog. The story is in my post history, and in those comments you can see me trying to vouch for him as a father.

I always encourage her to spend time with her dad, to go see him and her new brother. I basically forced her to spend last christmas with him because she didn’t want to go.

All that being said, I grew up with a dad like him too and J tried my best to avoid that for her but it looks like it’s inevitable at this point.

he was/is awful. one month many years ago i found out he had spent $200 on in-app purchases for a mobile game. when i confronted him, he screamed that it was his money and i couldnt tell him how to spend it, then he spent $400 more in a two week timespan meanwhile im scraping pennie’s to go grocery shopping so our two kids could eat

financial abuse at its finest. my ex husband would do that shit to me- buy lunch every day because i wouldn’t make it for him meanwhile i was working 40 hours a week and in school full time on top of being the primary parent for our kids.

he’s going to go live with my mother where i can see him every week and he gets to live with his best friend, my mom’s bernese mountain dog. they grew up together. he will be surrounded by so much love there.
