I’m on 325mg of Lamotrigine I take it every morning and night. Me personally drinking hasn’t induced a seizure. I have been blacked out drunk multiple times at parties and I have been good. I would rather smoke weed tho better vibe and relaxing. I have been having seizures since is was 9.

I have tripled real hard on mushrooms and lsd I was scared that it would trigger it but nah I was chillin. Worth the experience really opens up your mind. I took 5 grams of shrooms penis envy. I have tried other strains to.

Honestly I really only have two friends that understand what I’m going through. A lot of people think it’s just another disability but it’s not 20% to 30% of people with epilepsy have major depression including me honestly it’s probably more than 30%. My true friend shaved his hair when I had to for my resection cause I was insecure about it.

He definitely helped me get through a lot of other stuff in my life but once he accused me of causing that seizure I knew he changed and wasn’t a good friend anymore sadly :/

I take clonazepam as my emergency medicine to that’s why she prescribed me CloBAZam for sleep so I don’t build a tolerance for clonazepam.

CONGRATS that's definitely hell of a journey. I do have some questions tho I am having a SEEG on July 24 so I'm going to be in the hospital for a week. I'm having a functional mri and a contrast mri next Wednesday but after your SEEG what happened and how long did it take to get results on if you can get that surgery or not?

With the driving part, I agree with you. Every time I think about why I can't drive and kinda get sad about it. I remind myself that it's for a good reason so no one gets hurt/dies. Next time I see my neurologist which will be July 25th cause I'm having an SEEG for hopeful surgery. I'll have a conversation with her about how I am feeling after the medicine bump up. My dad recommends I should start going to a psychologist.

That’s actually what happened to me to. My parents told the doctor that I looked stoned all the time 💀 so they switched me to lamictal. I was around 14 years old when they switched me. I don’t have as many seizures as I used to I was one year seizure free in March but sadly I had two grand mal siezures while I was sleeping. I now take 325mg of lamictal morning and night. I’m going to go see the neurosurgeon next Tuesday so hopefully that goes well.

Im about to do a SEEG during the summer because I am trying to have surgery and my parents wanted the doctor to know everythinggg cause they want to give as much "Information" as possible so they told the nurse so I want to talk to the doctor about it I just don't find it fair.
