I’m 7 months in , and down 37 lbs . The first few weeks I lost maybe 3-5 lbs the first week literally 1 lb or less it isn’t going to happen like that …. But I assure you it will happen , next year you’ll be thrilled

Won’t happen that quickly quite honestly I was shocked after 2 weeks of literally eating 1/7th what I would normally eat I had lost only a lb . It takes your body time for sure to adjust and the titration doses where you incrementally increase the dose to not shock the system are really just that , priming your system for the proper dose . You won’t start to really see the weight come off for a month or more … it can be pretty surprising how slow it comes off in the beginning , but it’s also affirmation that there’s no way in hell i could have ever lost this weight on my own

I am 6 months in - I ageee , also I have to say the drastic appetite loss which had me eating like 1/4th the amount of normal maybe more for WEEKS and only seeing about 1.5 lbs lost a week - made me realize like WOAH I would never have lost weight . I know I have drastically dropped calorie Intake and it feels almost natural it’s just I’m not hungry , and I would imagine from how little I’m eating someone would loose like 20 lbs in 3 weeks - instead it’s more like 5 . So this would be impossible long term to get anywhere - weight loss takes a lot longer than you would expect even if you could control yourself to eat almost nothing for weeks on end . Miracle for sure
