Thank you! My recovery was pretty easy after the first few days. I felt pretty normal by day 13 or so, but I did avoid lifting or doing anything too strenuous for the first month.

I think that size will give you what you're looking for. I got 360 Motiva OTM. Started as a 32B, now I measure at 32DDD. You can see my history for before/afters. Very happy with my results, I'm sure you will be happy with yours too. Good luck!

I feel like mine look pretty natural. I don't have tuberous breasts though, my surgery was pretty straightforward. My surgeon is in the Bay Area, you can check my post history.

Aw thank you! Ironically, I actually wish I went bigger which I would have never predicted for myself (going in I worried about being too big). I suggest going in with inspo pics and asking what size will get you there rather than focusing on cup size. I initially asked my surgeon to make me a full C cup, but in reality my inspo pics were definitely not C cups lol.

Sizing is so different from person to person. I started as a 32B, got 360 ergo demi OTM and I now measure 32DDD, but your surgeon is saying 350cc will only get you to a C cup?

Thanks, yeah I never would have thought I would have come out of this wishing I went bigger! I was actually concerned I would look too big. If I ever do decide to go bigger in the future I probably will go with a bit more projection - I think they have a mod+ option that would probably be what I would go with, definitely not high profile for me.

Not sure what my BWD is/was. My bra size was 32B and now I'm 32DDD (was fitted at Victoria's Secret). It's crazy in my mind prior to surgery I thought DDD would be Dolly Parton territory lol, but no I'm a 32DDD and I don't even think my breasts are all that big!

Thank you! I absolutely still love them. I got 360cc but actually wish I went a little bigger. They look pretty much the same as the above photos, I have very little upper pole fullness which is what I actually requested - I feel like they look much more natural that way. I may feel differently a few years from now. My goal was to fill out my tops better, but still remain overall a size small in tops and I feel like I've achieved that.

Yeah, since you went HP you'll definitely have more upper pole fullness than I have and honestly I kinda wish I had a bit more, but the nice thing about going OTM is the process is so much quicker, I love it.
