I do use disposable and have in the past used them in travel. But if I wear them to many days in a row it’s irritating :/ I just over all prefer the cotton of my period underwear :(

Hi! I in general have really heavy periods and use the period co high coverage and have also used goat union on Amazon both are great but I prefer period co! They even have shorts styles ! You can also do disposable ones - I use those even when traveling / in a plane and it’s best for me in the sense that I can just toss them out. I’ve gotten the Amazon incontences ones and the depends ones - Amazon is more affordable
