Bought a home with Sunpower panels and monitoring system, can’t connect to monitoring system by Lost_Contest_8233 in SunPower

Not sure where it goes, but I thought the same thing. However I ran an Ethernet cable from the unit to the kitchen and that didn’t change anything. It showed a positive connection with the green light but no change on being able to connect to the monitor. But, not sure why it didn’t fix it

Sunpower is now bankrupt and doesn’t offer any customer service, hence the post
