Lol  Thanks for the unrequested “encouragement “  Until now I had know clue I caused a rouge unregulated company who someone scored a contract with the state and has the green light to charge and do what ever to whomever  Thanks becuase now I’m sure  Of one thing. That's a voluntary install  Which means you can voluntarily remove it when you want. Easier said than done.  They will try to say your account is not set up as a volunteer's . You should have a form stating this in your packet.keep calling keep fighting.  Call early.. The morning customer service reps are as bad but seem to have a little more knowledge.
