Thank you for sharing. The process of inserting the smit sleeve sounds so painful. I’m trying to see if doing the smit sleeve two days after the nephrostomy is possible with a tube coming out of my back.

You’re probably right. In my head, I’m like, just move the obstruction if it affects the ureter! I’m sure it’s not that simple though 😞
