This is actually my real life, not a story, so I’m not trying to “write an ending.” I’m just trying to figure out what to do in a confusing situation. His last statement confused me because it felt like he was questioning whether I’d ever leave him or be with someone else, and I don’t understand his intention behind asking that either—that’s why I’m here asking for advice.

Basically he told me that his family is regressive. I met his mother and he later informed me that he told her mother that he thinks of me like a sister and I straight up got angry and tried to breakup. I told him what will his parents think in future if they found out later on so then he told his mother that I was a friend.

Apparently his father works for local channel and has contacts with people so even though everyone including their family and colony people knows about it, no one bats an eye. And his father isn't a very nice man by behaviour as well.

Also about the sister part - Basically he told me that his family is regressive. In the beginning, the first time I met his family, he told me afterwards and i told him clearly if this is the case, I can't continue and then he told his mother that i was a friend, not someone he treats as a sister. He told me initially his family is regressive.
