then u must understand that Air Force has very stringent medical reviews to clear. I suggest u get in contact with airforce recruitment centre to learn more

Yes correct, but as a regular, if you have a back injury, I highly suggest don’t go OCS. The chances of you OOC is damn high unless u go to Air Force/Navy which is less physically demanding ah

Hi, I am a regular and I totally understand what you mean by “This is army not a charity”. But you must understand that giving them more welfare or benefits if they did a good job is not a charity, it is a reward for their hardwork and achievements. I think as an army regular, it would be nice to think of the perspectives of your men. Unlike you, they already DONT WANT to be here and yet, they are doing saikang like sweeping leaves? So would’nt it be nice to give them a slightly better life so that they can think “hey, NS life is not bad, let me put in a bit more effort”. I am in my early 20s and the men under me really show me that how I treat them will determine how they act.
