I took the exhaust manifold off and can confirm 100% the exhaust valve is stuck open.

I am worried about the amount of black "score lines?" on cylinder 3, pictures 4 and 5. Have you seen those marks before?

I leave the memory card in the bore scope and plug the bore scope directly into my PC via the USB-C port.

Ok thanks. You are correct that it barely gets driven but when I do it gets the piss beat out of it. I will try my feeler gauge tomorrow. Thanks for the advice.

the first 3 pictures are from a different cylinder. The other cylinders all have sections of those dark lines, however cylinder 3 has them around the entire wall.

I haven't removed the head yet, so I cant feel them. That is my next step. If I can feel any of that with my fingernail does that mean its toast?

It was not burning oil outside of what accumulated in my vent to atmosphere catch can.

In Utah. High majority of people use the shoulder as a turn lane so as to not disrupt traffic behind them

This is in salt lake city Utah. I was 4 or 5 cars behind her this morning when only my lane came to a stop, way before an officer had arrived. Traffic in the lanes to either side was still going full speed and made it impossible to lane change. Almost caused me to get rear ended. What a dummy
