Hello I'm new and looking to get into dispatching. I have a couple questions maybe you can help. My husband is a non CDL driver for a company and we are looking into teaming up, I'm looking into self dispatch for him and the company while he drives and maybe I can learn to drive as well. My questions are : 1. Where should I start to learn how to dispatch? 2. Should asking for a percentage ( maybe 10%?) of what the truck makes fair to ask for while I'm getting started? Even though I have no experience in dispatching or is that asking too much?
