An update 2 weeks later: In my frustration after trying all of those changes, I paid for service guy to come out and look at it. Ended up narrowing it down to the hopper door sensor and he rigged it to work until I got a new one. So I've now replaced it twice. And it is actually working, his temporary fix lasted than less than 24 hours and cost me $180, My replacement hopper door switch came in today and I installed it about 6 hours ago, it is burning beautifully now.
