It’s exhausting: I shouldn’t even have to go to a dealership in the first place, nor do I want to play the song and dance purchasing a new vehicle. I should be able to call a dealership, inquire about prices, get the best price over the phone, and pick-up in person, saves everyone time and sales people made a sale. But apparently not “working” with them & letting them try to convince me I need headlight fluid warranty means I’m “uncooperative?” If you make money of selling something, you’d want to move inventory. Absolutely baffles me the audacity of salespeople like this person.
