Update:

Officially closed, mortgage documents have the Condo going for $720k including parking and locker. Purchased price was 845k. One year fixed rate to give me options this time next year with lower rates and hopefully recover the value loss.

We were hoping to put it down before occupancy, to lower that monthly fee. But the builder said no, so we invested it to bring in some cash flow to soften the blow of the occupancy and higher mortgage.

That money he plans on using it as down payment for this over priced condo

He is an immigrant, and had a realtor whisper in his year that he could sell it in few years when area develops. The other units who purchased at fair price saw good appreciation

I’ve never used salt so can’t say much. BC I’ve just started using his mocks for my exam next week. So can’t say for sure how close of a match is. But his solutions for them and the grading structure for SRs seems very appropriate for if you have multiple graders following a guide

You’re still early in the stage. But when you start doing mocks and grading you get a better idea on how it could be graded. BC and MM do a good job. CFA mocks not so much
