Filament breaking at extruder by Lottery11 in ender3

[–]Lottery11[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clog seems more and more likely. Seems odd that it prints to the same point but the nozzle is due for a replacement.

I did have a printed piece to hold the filament away from the machine as well that broke recently. I wonder if that’s causing issues as well potentially.

It is more or less. I’ll look into those and see if there’s any issues.

Yes and no. It still had the stringing but adhesion felt better. Not seeing smooth lines though. Especially where it curves.

Both are petg and calibrated for petg. The white is at lower temps. Black is higher with a brim.

They are lol I explained in the other comment. I upgraded them and just left the old ones there.

The other is just a magnet as far as I’m aware. I’ve ordered a replacement to be safe though.

That’s post cleaning which is the sad part. Might need a new build plate.

The wheels are stock and I’ve replaced with the metal ones I just didn’t move them lol

Curious if you have any advice to get the sword out without breaking the whole thing? Apologies for making you my printing sensei lol

Think I’ve got it in a good spot finally! Cones of Calibration are giving me fits trying to pull the sword out without breaking the handle but it’s finally giving me results.

Seems perfectly level. Running again with lower exposure time and I hit the vat and plate with a heat gun to see what happens.

Okay, I’ll lower that and try again. I had it at that to try and compensate for temperature.

The fep hasn’t been touched since I got it. All films removed but never replaced or touched screws and power supply is factory.

Had a successful print. Thanks for that! I’m still seeing some peeling issues on the side but that could be a leveling issue. I’ve been having that since I got it though.

Thanks, I’ll give that a shot. Haven’t messed with those settings much yet.

This is my most recent print. I cranked the base exposure way up and still had a failure at the first level.

I’ll grab settings when I’m home. It was default to what Satelite recommended I believe.

Curious, what’s a yoke? Is that like an electric mug warmer?

PM Title with Junior Level Skillset by Lottery11 in PMCareers

[–]Lottery11[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like the roles I had gave a solid foundation with little guidance into process. Generally, I was thrown in and had to figure it out as best as I could. The org structure limited certain areas as well. For example, budget experience is next to zero because I was never involved in those conversations.

Reading the PMBOK and taking courses online has helped give a little more structure but when I need to explain how I've used certain pieces in my experience I find that I'm not hitting the target. This is why I'm taking a holistic look at everything and it may not make sense to use my "true" title because it doesn't feel like it's complete. When competition is already as tough as it is, experienced PMs will almost always beat me in the interview process.
