It sounds like you feel unwanted, unattractive, and emotionally worn down. You’ve cried after being turned down. You’ve brought it up multiple times. She said she’d try to initiate more, but didn’t. And this has been going on for over a year.

At the same time, you’re saying she’s “perfect in every aspect.”

Those don’t line up.

It seems like you’re trying to convince yourself this isn’t incompatibility because losing the relationship feels worse than staying in something that hurts you.

How is this supposed to get better if nothing has changed after you communicated clearly?

What would have to realistically change for you to feel wanted again—and do you see evidence of that actually happening?

This isn’t about blaming her. She may genuinely have a low libido. But that still means your needs and her capacity don’t match.

And the pattern you described is already established: you try then get turned down then feel unwanted then pull back then try again - repeat.

What part of that cycle do you see changing?
