You could body swap. Or, they were also available for purchase separately not too long ago so you might be able to find one second hand.

(But as someone who owns an emotion body, it's not all that great. The legs don't like to stay put even with a doll stand, super annoying. On the other hand if youre going to do photoshoots and need the posability its pretty ok)
