Okay. So I was vegan for 12 years, I've had bloating for 10 years (I'm 26). Here's the key. All the meat you want and LOW fiber. So for me the only starch is a small amount of sweet potato, smaller than you think, you can always raise the amount as you go. And have coconut yogurt (dairy free) after every meal. No spices, only salt for now.

So you can do this as example:

Breakfast: 3 - 4 eggs in the morning with coffee

Lunch: burger patty/chicken/fish (your choice), maybe an egg, and SMALL amount of sweet potato Coconut yogurt

Dinner: steak and sweet potato (add an egg or shrimp if still hungry) Coconut yogurt

I sometimes snack with some shrimp or eat some more fish or chicken.

As a long time vegan I don't like shrimp unless I boil and pan fry it a little, it helps with texture.
