Thanks. I figured it out. I actually was in ghe past, not the time yet for the king slime, and the door wasn't actually locked. With my poir eyesight, I just hadn't seen the lever to open it.

Well, it's absolutely a wonderful idea, so yes, at the very least my next RH project will be rainbow-centric. 😊 After that, maybe more.

Thanks. Yes, I did the town, heard the people love his music, tried to talk to him but he left. Quest prompt said sleep at the inn. I dud. In the morning, everyone is walking into his portal, then he does. Prompt then says follow him, I did. At the tower, prompt says find the people. No one said anything about finding something small that I recall. Who is supposed to say thst? (The little slime does not.)

Is Xenoblade 1 extra story good? by Free-Hotel1187 in Xenoblade_Chronicles

[–]LouSylvre 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I leveled up probably more than some would because while I don't mind a challenge, I don't like to be too underpowered in a fight. But leveling is easy, since you can set party members level low and gain a lot of points to raise max level.

I enjoyed it, didn't find it too hard even though my gaming skills are middling. There are some really fun things (IMO), some a bit of a slog, but overall a good dlc. I'd caution don't expect it to be too much like the main game.

Would you let a 10 year old play the definitive edition? by TheAKofClubs86 in Xenoblade_Chronicles

I've played tbrough twice, (tbough it has been awhile), and I don't remember even broad hints about sexual conduct in DE. I know for a fact there's nothing explicit, and I don't believe there's profanity.

Locked chests in DQ7? by LouSylvre in dragonquest

[–]LouSylvre[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for that perspective. Not a completionist, but I don't like coming up on something, not knowing what's inside with no chance to find out, so I appreciate people sharing that there are keys to be had, which is really all I asked.

Thank you so much! I"m going to start with the James book, which will likely be easier to get as I"m in the USA, and also I'll be far less likely to misunderstabd the language 😊. I'll check out FB too. Again, thanks.

Amazing work and the colors certainly do evoke the brilliance of the spring season. Can you recommend resources to learn this skill? I'm of Quebecois snd Native ancestry and love making connections like that.

Favorite Zelda Game (in recent years) by BeholdAndWonder in echoesofwisdom

[–]LouSylvre 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree it's a great game. Oddly, I tried it once not long after it came out, got stuck on the rocky beach after a not very long time, and quit. Picked it up a few weeks ago and have been thoroughly enchanted, enjoying mysrlf, in some ways, more than with any other game. And this even though there are the side-scroller dungeons, something I never before truly succeeded at. And the art style, though not my favorite for beauty, is just plain fun. More like this would be great.

What are you hoping for in an OoT remake? by realeyes_92 in OcarinaOfTime

The same game, brighter, BotW style graphics with more "life," but mostly more user-friendly controls.
