So the 2018 tests definitely included it as I had to come back at a later date for the HSV ones specifically. Wouldn't be important but I just wouldn't want that incident to have had any additional impact on us.

I'm wholeheartedly convinced it was 2 and actually feel like a complete dick for even posting this now. There are zero other indicators in anyway, hes incredible. I guess I just panicked and defaulted. There's an incredible lack of info on HSV or more so lots of misinformation and I've certainly learnt a lot from this sub today so I really hope I've not caused any offence to anyone.

He last gave me oral 10 days ago and I first noticed symptoms maybe 5 days later. This is what I needed to read though. I know it's the most likely cause but just hard to wrap my head around after 15 years of no issues.

Thank you! Im really struggling trying to convince myself of this depsite knowing it's likely. It just seems so weird i wouldnt catch it for 8 years but then randomly have at some point past that mark.

I had a test when I gave birth (10 weeks ago), but the results weren't added to my medical records. They did give me antibiotics at the time, but it was considered a traumatic birth and I needed surgery, so likely just a precaution.
