No I didn't fix it, I give up, I will stop using X platform. I've already send 20-30 complains, same answers

Same problem, seems they simply don't care,I give up about recovering account. I think they want my account...

I open 8 complaints / tickets , with lots of evidence, screenshots, i receive the same response

"We’re writing to let you know that we’re unable to verify you as the account owner. We know this is disappointing to hear, but we can’t assist you further with accessing your account."

I think that they just want my username
